  • Dry clean only: all garments must be dry cleaned. This ensures proper cleaning without risking damage to delicate fabrics or embellishments.
  • Steam or Medium heat Ironing: to remove wrinkles and maintain the garment’s appearance. Avoid high heat to prevent damage to the fabric.

Shipping & Exchange

  • Order will be processed and shipped within 10 business days of placing the order.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected
    during checkout.
  • Exchanges and size alterations :
    To Initiate an exchange or size alteration, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the order.
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges and size alterations, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Return & Refund

  • You may return any item purchased from us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, unused, with all tags attached.
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 20 days after we receive your returned item.
